Janelle Bailey, Deja Kelly Receive Preseason ACC Women's Basketball Honors

North Carolina senior Janelle Bailey has been named to the Preseason All-ACC Women's Basketball Team and freshman Deja Kelly has been named to the Newcomer Watch List, announced Tuesday. Both were consensus honorees, and it's Bailey's third straight year to be named to the preseason team. Kelly is the first UNC freshman honored since 2017-18. (GoHeels.com)
