North Carolina needed just three hits in the series finale to complete the sweep over James Madison on Sunday afternoon, as the Tar Heels edged the Dukes 3-2 at Boshamer Stadium (Highlights). Max Alba gave Carolina its third-straight impressive start as he pitched 5.0 innings, which yielded four hits, two runs (both earned), a walk and six strikeouts.
