UNC Women's Basketball Falls To No. 3 NC State

North Carolina showed more fight in its rematch with No. 3 N.C. State and delivered a solid blow early. But that only delayed the Wolfpack’s big run until midway through the game. The difference from the first meeting was that an 18-0 Wolfpack run wasn’t a knockout. The Tar Heels battled back before falling 66-58 (Box Score) Sunday at Carmichael Arena. (Tar Heel Tribune)
