UNC third baseman Mac Horvath out of lineup following emergency appendectomy

Facing elimination in Game 2 of the Chapel Hill Super Regional, UNC will be without a key player Sunday against Arkansas. Starting third baseman Mac Horvath is not in the Tar Heels starting lineup, with sophomore Johnny Castagnozzi replacing him. Horvath has started every game this season for UNC with some of the team's best power numbers.
