Report: Former All-American, 2x National Champion Fale Aviu To Join UNC Softball Staff


North Carolina is expected to hire Fale Aviu as the softball program’s new hitting coach, sources confirmed. Aviu has spent the past three years on the support staffs at Ole Miss and Oklahoma, her alma mater. As a player, Aviu was an All-American in 2019 at Oklahoma and helped guide the Sooners to back-to-back national titles in 2016 and 2017. (Extra Innings Softball)
