UNC Baseball Lands Vanderbilt Transfer Pitcher Nelson Berkwich


The UNC baseball program landed a big-time transfer in former Vanderbilt left-handed pitcher , who announced his commitment to the Tar Heels on Friday. In two seasons at Vanderbilt, Berkwich posted a 3.03 ERA in 29.2 innings over 28 relief appearances. He logged a 1.96 ERA over five games in the Cape Cod League this summer.
