UNC Women's Basketball Jumps To No. 17 In AP Poll After Beating NC State


UNC jumped five spots to No. 17 in the AP Top 25 women’s college basketball poll after two ACC victories last week. The Tar Heels won 70-59 at Virginia on Thursday with a game-ending 22-2 run and surged in the fourth quarter for a 56-47 victory Sunday against N.C. State. The Wolfpack, which also lost at Florida State last week, fell nine spots to No. 20. (Tar Heel Tribune)
