UNC Baseball Enters ACC Tournament With Vance Honeycutt Uncertain

North Carolina baseball coach Scott Forbes said the lower-body injury has been a nagging issue for Vance Honeycutt, who combines power (UNC-record 25 home runs last season, 12 homers this season) with elite speed (48 career steals in 57 attempts). Forbes said Honeycutt aggravated the problem during Carolina’s defeat of NC State on May 12.
