Vance Honeycutt grew up with a strong UNC athletics fandom. He lived less than two hours from campus, and his parents were student-athletes at UNC during their college careers. Over the last two years, Honeycutt has quickly risen to prominence as one of the best players in college baseball while living out his childhood dream of playing for the Tar Heels.
