UNC Women's Basketball freshmen Ciera Toomey, Laila Hull to redshirt, rehabilitate injuries

Two highly touted members of UNC Women's Basketball's five-player freshman class will redshirt this season. Ciera Toomey, a five-star stretch forward who was the No. 4 player in the Class of 2023, and wing Laila Hull, last season’s Indiana Miss Basketball and Gatorade Player of the Year, won’t play while they continue to rehabilitate high school injuries.
