UNC Women's Basketball Notebook: Feels Good To Be First

Louisville entered Carmichael Arena on Sunday as the ACC’s last undefeated team in conference play. Their 5-0 record had them at the top of the ACC women's basketball standings, with UNC right behind at 5-1. And off the strength of a crowd exceeding 6,000, and four players scoring 10 or more points, the Tar Heels secured the 79-68 victory. (Inside Carolina)
