UNC Senior Pitcher Jake Knapp To Miss 2024 Season Due To Injury

UNC senior pitcher Jake Knapp will miss the 2024 season due to a tear in the ulnar collateral ligament of his throwing arm. Knapp will continue to attend practice and games, and provide leadership, encouragement, and insight. Knapp posted a 5-4 record as junior last season with a 5.04 earned run average. He tied for the ACC lead with 16 games started.
