Of the many ways the growing number of passionate Carolina women’s basketball fans show their support, none is more inventive than a group sitting on the front row behind the south baseline at Carmichael Arena. Most fans pick a favorite player and buy their jersey to wear to games, but Louis Patalano, a 1995 UNC graduate, wasn’t about to stop there. (Tar Heel Tribune)
