Posted Mar 23, 2024
Not only did Alyssa Ustby’s last-second rebounding save the game for the Tar Heels, but her transition offense and season-high 17 boards helped UNC stay ahead of an explosive Michigan State squad. The senior forward also became the first ACC player since 2000 to record at least 16 points, 17 rebounds, and six assists in a women's NCAA tournament game.
