On a night of home run derby, NC State didn’t hit as many, but the Wolfpack hit the biggest. Brandon Butterworth blasted a fastball over the wall for a game-ending solo homer in the ninth inning to lift the Wolfpack to a 9-8 victory Thursday over North Carolina at Doak Field. UNC's Vance Honeycutt and Alberto Osuna continued to rewrite the record books.
