Vance Honeycutt’s 2 homers break 37-year old UNC record, Tar Heels blast Louisville

After leadoff home runs his first two at-bats, Vance Honeycutt tipped his cap to the Boshamer Stadium crowd as he stood alone in center field and UNC history. The only player with at least 50 homers and 70 steals in ACC history had plenty of powerful company as the Tar Heels blasted seven home runs in a 14-4 romp Friday (Highlights) over Louisville.
