UNC Baseball Downs Duke, Secures No. 1 Seed for ACC Tournament

Vance Honeycutt scampered across home plate clapping in the ninth inning, and soon UNC was able to celebrate sewing up the top seed in the ACC baseball tournament. The Tar Heels defeated Duke 6-4 on Friday at Coombs Field, breaking open a tie game during their last at-bat to clinch the No. 1 seed assignment for next week's conference tournament.
