It was another convincing United States victory with more domination and consistent play from UNC guard Lanie Grant. For the third straight game, Grant scored at least three 3-pointers, pouring in 15 points and was a team-high +50 as USA coasted to a 123-42 victory over Egypt in the quarterfinals of the FIBA U17 Women’s World Cup in Irapuato, Mexico.
