Parks Harber signs with New York Yankees; Ben Peterson reaches deal with San Francisco Giants


Two UNC players who went undrafted in the MLB draft have signed free-agent contracts. First baseman has signed a deal with the New York Yankees and pitcher has reached a deal with the San Francisco Giants. Harber transferred from Georgia to UNC, starting 60 games and earning second-team All-ACC honors in 2024. (Tar Heel Tribune)
