Almost every major college prospect in girls basketball can score, but not all of them have the ability to keep the other team from scoring. At least not like T.C. Williams (Va.) point guard Tierra Ruffin-Pratt. The 6-foot standout is the can't-miss prospect at this year's Crescent Bank Holiday Invitational. She has signed with second-ranked North Carolina and is widely considered one of the top-15 seniors in the nation.
