Ciera Toomey Learns From Redshirt Season, Ready For College Basketball

While rehabilitating an ACL injury suffered in high school, then-freshman Ciera Toomey fell off her scooter the day of UNC's 2023 Late Night event. She injured her wrist, requiring the 5-star forward to miss her entire freshman season. Toomey watched from the sidelines, learning what she could about the speed and physicality of the college game.
