Outfielder Tyson Bass Hungry for Success at UNC

When Tyson Bass was a young boy, there was one person he wanted to be: Manny Machado. He loved the swag that the then-Orioles third baseman played with, the grit, the passion, and the chip on his shoulder. The hunger to play baseball has always been there, so much so that his father built a batting cage in the backyard for Bass and his brother. (Inside Carolina)
