No. 6 UNC baseball takes down Kansas State, 12-9, in first midweek game of the season


Riding comebacks in the first and seventh innings, the No. 6 Diamond Heels (4-0) bested Kansas State (1-4), 12-9, on Tuesday evening at Boshamer Stadium. UNC scored four runs in the first and five in the seventh to bookend a gritty defeat of the Wildcats. Sophomore catcher tallied three RBIs and his first stolen base of the season. (Daily Tar Heel)
