Brewers' pitcher J.B. Bukauskas likely to miss season after lat surgery

Former UNC and current Milwaukee Brewers pitcher J.B. Bukauskas is expected to miss the entire 2025 baseball season because of lat surgery, the latest setback for a former first-round draft pick. The 28-year-old Bukauskas also missed most of the 2024 season with a lat injury. Bukauskas went 0-0 with a 1.50 ERA in six relief appearances with Milwaukee.
