Posted Jun 26, 2025
D1 Baseball hadn’t named a North Carolina player to its All-American team until it honored center fielder Vance Honeycutt. Now a Tar Heel has made the team for the second straight season. Jake Knapp became the first UNC pitcher to make the team, announced Thursday. That marked the fourth first-team All-American honor for the right-hander.
