Kate Harpring is a physical, competitive scorer who blew up last year to become a top-5 player in the class. She gives UNC its highest-rated recruit since No. 4 Ciera Toomey in 2023. The Tar Heels have now filled a hole in their perimeter with Harpring, who will slot into the guard spot well with her rebounding, hard-nosed defense, and multifaceted scoring.
