Confident, stronger Ciera Toomey eager for fresh start after frustrating freshman season

For Ciera Toomey, the word that defines her redshirt sophomore season will be confidence. After battling knee injuries and playing a limited role last season, the North Carolina forward entered the offseason determined to rewrite her story.
