No. 11 UNC Women's Basketball battles late but falls to No. 2 South Carolina in preseason test

UNC Women's Basketball dropped its lone preseason game Thursday, falling 91-82 to No. 2 South Carolina in Atlanta. The No. 11 Tar Heels stayed within reach late but couldn't erase an early deficit against one of the top teams in the country. UNC showed stretches of strong play in transition and at the rim, led by Indya Nivar, who scored 14 points. (TarHeel247)
