Nyla Brooks Named ACC Women's Basketball Rookie of the Week

North Carolina freshman guard Nyla Brooks has been named ACC Women's Basketball Rookie of the Week for games played November 17-23. Brooks averaged 16.0 points and shot 60 percent (12-for-20) across a pair of victories over North Carolina A&T and UNC Greensboro. She finished a perfect 7-for-7 from the field in Sunday’s win over UNC Greensboro. (The ACC)
