Lanie Grant and 'the Nylas' lead UNC Women's Basketball past Western Illinois in NCAA Tournament
Posted Mar 21, 2026
No. 15 UNC Women's Basketball's torrid defense showed no sign of rust after a 13-day break, much to the misfortune of Western Illinois.
