Two outs. Bottom of the ninth. Tie ballgame. One swing away from Omaha. North Carolina's best hitter Owen Hull stepped to the plate. He had already doubled three times and just needed to find green grass to score the winning run from second base. Calm and confident, Hull squared up a 91-mile-per-hour fastball and sent it to left center field.
