UNC Softball: Meet the Transfers - Riley Hwang

Former Rutgers infielder Riley Hwang arrives at UNC after spending her first two seasons at Rutgers, where she established herself as a productive hitter and an experienced option at shortstop. Across 105 games with the Scarlet Knights, including 76 starts, Hwang hit .318 with nine home runs and 42 RBI. Her biggest jump came during the 2026 season.
