Tar Heel women finally seal victory over Highlanders

The North Carolina Tar Heels jumped out to the quick lead they wanted against Radford on Tuesday night at the Smith Center. Next time, the Tar Heels want to hold it. Cetera DeGraffenreid scored 15 points and No. 11 North Carolina pulled away in the second half to beat Radford 74-48.
