North Carolina's Erlana Larkins and Cetera DeGraffenreid were named Atlantic Coast Conference Player and Rookie of the Week for the period ending on Sunday, Feb. 17, the league announced Monday. Larkins led the third-ranked Tar Heels to a pair of league victories last week over Virginia and Florida State, while DeGraffenreid averaged 13 points for her team in 64 total minutes of action.
