Jessica Breland had 14 points and 11 rebounds in her first game back after losing a season to Hodgkin's lymphoma and No. 15 North Carolina defeated Division II Carson-Newman 116-27 Monday night in an exhibition contest at Carmichael Arena. The Tar Heels ran out to a 36-0 lead to start the game and led by as many as 90 points in the win over head coach Sylvia Hatchell's alma mater.
