Italee Lucas scored 15 points to help No. 14 North Carolina beat Coastal Carolina 93-37 on Friday night. Chay Shegog added 14 points and nine rebounds for the Tar Heels (3-0), who scored the game's first 16 points on their way to a 45-10 halftime lead. Jessica Breland had 13 points, 13 rebounds and six of North Carolina's school record-tying 14 blocked shots.
