Jessica Breland had 18 points and 10 rebounds to lead No. 10 North Carolina to a 75-51 win over South Carolina on Sunday. The Tar Heels (11-0) got past a shaky first half to remain unbeaten and haven't lost in their annual December trip to Myrtle Beach in nine years. North Carolina held South Carolina (5-5) to 31.7 percent shooting and below its average of 59 points a game.
