Jessica Breland has knee surgery

North Carolina will be without forward Jessica Breland when the Tar Heels visit Maryland on Sunday. Team officials said Saturday in a statement that Breland underwent arthroscopic surgery Friday to remove two "loose bodies" in her left knee.The school says she will not travel to Maryland and her status after that is day to day.
