Figuring out the hitting approach for some players can be a challenging task. Was he looking for a fastball? Is he trying to go the other way with this pitch? Did he let one go by that he might regret? With Chaz Frank, however, deciphering his approach isn't that difficult. You just have to listen. "Chaz is an intense little dude," says Jesse Wierzbicki of his 5-foot-10 teammate.
