North Carolina coach Sylvia Hatchell heads into the season wondering how good her young backcourt can be. She knows it could determine how much these Tar Heels accomplish. The 20th-ranked Tar Heels were picked to finish sixth in the Atlantic Coast Conference after losing longtime point guard Cetera DeGraffenreid, shooting guard Italee Lucas and forward Jessica Breland from a 28-win team.
