Instead of her jersey, Alex Miller wore a North Carolina sweatshirt and sat in the bleachers behind her teammates. The Heels didn't need their senior point guard Sunday-- they got another spectacular effort from Rashanda McCants, whose career-high 27 points led UNC to a 97-72 victory over Syracuse -- but Miller's injured knee could have major implications for No. 7 UNC (5-0).
