Candace Wood battling back to top of her game

Candace Wood came to North Carolina with enough talent to dream of one day seeing her jersey hang from the rafters, just like the one of her father, Al Wood, the fifth-leading scorer in the history of UNC men’s basketball. Sure enough, the redshirt junior has become the Tar Heels top 3-point shooter and is expected to start for the fifth straight game when No. 23 UNC hosts Virginia tonight.
