Heels' trio to replace Ivory Latta at point
Posted Oct 30, 2007
For a scrimmage Monday, the Lady Tar Heels changed their usual pregame routine, taking the court in size order: smallest to tallest. At the head, there was a 5-foot-6 point guard, but she was not Ivory Latta. Instead, freshman Cetera DeGraffenreid ran out first, followed by Alex Miller and Italee Lucas. The three will take the point for this season, creating what the Heels hope is a three-headed monster that the team can ride into national title contention.
