Chris Munnelly ready to embark on pro career

Chris Munnelly said he’s got nothing to lose by shooting for the stars. Munnelly — a former Forsyth Country Day pitcher from Lewisville — signed with the Houston Astros last week after a standout college career at North Carolina. Munnelly, who wasn’t picked in last month’s Major League Baseball draft, is relishing the chance to continue his baseball career.
