New Look Heels Rout Carson-Newman in Exhibition

No. 11 North Carolina put six players in double figures during a 111-50 exhibition victory over Carson-Newman Wednesday night at Carmichael Arena. Freshman forward Stephanie Mavunga led all scorers with 18 points and added 14 rebounds for Carolina. Sophomore forward Xylina McDaniel added 16 points on 6-of-9 shooting, while junior guard Brittany Rountree had 15 points.
