Secret Santas serenade Sylvia Hatchell

UNC women's basketball coach Sylvia Hatchell, right, with a family dog was pleased to see church family, neighbors and UNC folks, about 60 in all, gathered to sing her Christmas carols Saturday evening. Hatchell, who is undergoing treatment for leukemia and has taken a leave from coaching the Tar Heel women's basketball team, is largely housebound in this phase of her treatment.
