Diamond DeShields Earns Third ACC Rookie Of The Week Honor

For the third time this season, North Carolina guard Diamond DeShields has been named ACC Rookie of the Week, announced Monday. DeShields scored 19 points with eight rebounds and three steals in Carolina's 83-65 victory at Wake Forest last Thursday in the only game for the Tar Heels last week. She leads all freshman in ACC games with 18.8 points per game. (GoHeels.com)
