No. 15 North Carolina won its seventh straight game with a 10-3 defeat of Davidson Tuesday afternoon at Boshamer Stadium. Sophomore Reilly Hovis got his second win of the season for Carolina with three scoreless and hitless innings of work in which he struck out five. Carolina will open its next series on Friday, March 7, at 3 p.m. in Chapel Hill against ACC newcomer Pittsburgh.
