A roller-coaster postseason for North Carolina ended Monday afternoon in the NCAA Tournament’s Gainesville regional. With a mix of speed and power, Long Beach State finished UNC’s season with a 12-5 win over the Tar Heels at McKethan Stadium. The game, which started at 1 p.m. on Sunday, took more than 24 hours to complete due to a pair of rain delays.
