Balanced Attack Leads UNC Women Over Wingate, 92-50

Five players scored in double figured to send No. 13 North Carolina to a 92-50 victory over Wingate in an exhibition women’s basketball game Monday night at Carmichael Arena. Sophomores Allisha Gray and Stephanie Mavunga each scored 14 points in the final tuneup for the Tar Heels before the regular season begins in earnest at home on Friday against Howard at 4 p.m.
